FAQ

How do I make an appointment?

It is best if we first arrange a consultation via email (tattoo@honey-scarheart.com) and meet in the shop to discuss your tattoo. There we can talk directly about your idea and all the details. In addition, I always need a deposit for every appointment that is made.

Do you also do Maoris?

In fact, there are some motives that I no longer ink. Although I like to get out of my comfort zone and am also a fan of breaks in style, I tend not to do tattoos like Maoris, no major geometric projects or mandalas.

In general, I would advise every customer who wants a tattoo to do their research well beforehand and only expect the tattoo artist to do work that he likes to do. A look at my portfolio should give everyone an impression of what I like to do and what I am good at. If you are unsure, you are of course still welcome to ask.

It is helpful to view your tattoo artist as a painter. If you want a cubist picture of Picasso on your wall, you don’t ask Banksy to make it.

What about custom designs?

Of course, every client gets their very own costum design.

During our consultation, I will take notes of everything we have discussed so that I can create your very personal tattoo. We discuss the resulting template together right before your tattoo appointment and can then, of course, apply changes, if necessary.

How do I take care of my tattoo?

For large, color-intensive projects, I prefer to use Tattooarmour. These pads absorb the wound fluid, that will come out of your tattoo in the next 1-2 days, with the help of a cellulose.

I usually give you 1-2 of these pads, so that you can change them yourself. The first tattoo armour, which you get from me directly after your session, is best left on overnight. This not only protects your tattoo from lint and dirt, but also your bed linen from wound fluid and ink.

The next morning, remove the pad and wash your tattoo with lukewarm water and some pH-neutral soap. You can also take a shower, but not for too long, so that your tattoo doesn’t soak much further. Then it is advisable to cream the whole thing with the cream of your choice. Immediately after cleaning, use a new pad during the day and exchange it for a fresh one before going to bed.

Colour-intensive tattoos should not be creamed too often and should be allowed to heal a little more dryly.

How do I cancel my appointment properly?

In case you have to cancel or postpone an appointment at short notice, it is important to let me know 48 hours in advance so that your deposit does not expire. To make sure I get the message of your cancellation quickly, it is best to call the studio directly ( 089 23548544 ). If you cancel within this period, that is no problem and we can choose a new date.

Can I get a hand on one of your wanna dos?

I keep posting wanna-do’s on my social media channels. If you like one of them, it is important to let me know as soon as possible by message so that I can reserve it for you directly. I only reserve a wanna do if we make an appointment within the next few days. The wanna do’s can also be adjusted slightly if necessary.

Why did you change your name from Anny Albtraum to Honey Scarheart?

The name Anny Albtraum came to be known in my local area in germany especially munich and was actually never intended as an official artist name, but rather arose from my customers based on my private Facebook account. As I also planned to tattoo internationally, an english name was obvious for long-term success.

How much?

The price of a tattoo depends on a lot of different factors, which is why I prefer to give you personal information about this. Such factors include the size, location and design of the tattoo. Also, I do not calculate according to the generally applicable hourly prices but according to the effort, as I work very quickly.

Feel free to send me an e-mail with your exact ideas, size information, pictures you like and preferably, with a photo of the position we are talking about. It is even better if you come by to discuss all of this with me personally.
